आंध्रप्रदेश सरकार के द्वारा 8 जून 2021 को इस स्कीम को शुरू करने क निर्णय लिया गया| इस योजना के लिए पात्र नागरिको को एवं स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स को वर्किंग कैपिटल लोन के रूप में राज्य सरकार द्वारा योजना के आवेदन करने के पश्चात 10000 रुपये प्रदान किये जाते है| योजना के तहत लोगो को आईडी कार्ड एवं आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है| मुख्यमंत्री जगन मोहन रेड्डी के निर्णयानुसार योजना को प्रारम्भ किया गया है एवं सभी पथ विक्रेताओं को कार्यशील पूंजी ऋण के रूप में रूपये दिए जायेंगे| इन योजना के तहत लोगो को लाभ प्रदान करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा 475 करोड़ रुपये का बजट निर्धारित किया गया है एवं अभी तक निर्धारित राशि खर्च की जा चुकी है| जो भी नागरिक अभी तक योजना के लाभ को प्राप्त नहीं कर पाए है वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन निचे दिए गए लिंक के माध्यम से कर सकेंगे|

- The age of the merchant and the age of the applicant should be more than 18 years.
- Fruits, ready-to-eat street food, artisan products, books/stationery vendors, tea, pakoras, bread, eggs, cloth vegetables, etc. will be given the benefit of the scheme.
- According to the family income of the businessman, a benefit of Rs.10,000 to the citizens of the villages and Rs.12,000 to the citizens of the towns.
- A detailed list of letters will be posted on the notice board of the village and ward secretariat.
- Permanent and temporary citizens of villages and towns in 5 feet long, 5 feet wide and less than this area will be eligible for the scheme.
